My family returned for another visit to our favorite vacation spot! This trip exceeded the lofty expectations set from our first trip! The house was even more beautiful than we remembered, and the owners are constantly making upgrades which make your stay easier. Being right on the beach, the kids were able to run back to the house as they pleased. The only thing we had to pack was our clothes, sheets and towels! The quaint little town is great for shopping, and there are delicious restaurants everywhere you turn. To top it off, the owners actually called the house to ask if we needed anything, had any questions, or our stay could be improved in anyway. I would highly recommend this home to any family, group of friends, or couples looking for a beautiful home on the beach with every conceivable amenity.

It doesn’t get much better than a day that begins with coffee on your private balcony overlooking the ocean.  This spacious home is perfect for the whole family.  It’s close to town so you can end your endless beach days at one of the great restaurants in Stone Harbor.

An absolutely phenomenal beachfront home! The location is spot on and the ocean views from inside and outside on two comfortable decks are wonderful. The circular kitchen located at the center of the house is unique and our favorite part. You can be preparing meals or engaged in cocktails and light refreshments using the kitchen and viewing the ocean in a 180 degree sweep through long panoramic windows. In addition you have the luxury of three levels. The first including well-appointed bedrooms and laundry. The second floor is an open floor plan with living and dining areas all blending into one. The third floor loft is over the top retreat. This part of the home is worth the rental costs alone. Words cannot capture the stunning views of the ocean from this vantage point. One must not forget a great library and lounge area tucked away in the rear of the house for great privacy and relaxation. Everything is of very high quality in the home and reflected the owner’s pride in their unit. The owners are very responsive, with quick communication and are happy to help with every detail. We have been so pleased, in fact, we’re inspired to make it a yearly tradition. Highly recommended.

My father rented this beach front vacation house. We had a lovely time! We celebrated his 83rd birthday and my daughters 25th. There was plenty of room for all twelve of us. The kids had a great time as the house is in walking distance to town. We all loved the house and location. Thanks dad! Owners were great!

From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had chosen a perfect home for our family vacation. The three ground level bedrooms and two full baths were spacious, quiet, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Two of the bedrooms have access to an outdoor patio equipped with a porch swing, an outdoor shower and an abundance of beach chairs and beach toys – and there is a spiral staircase from that patio to beachfront main level deck. The beachfront deck was a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. There is also a large deck on the opposite side of the house, perfect for enjoying sunsets. The unique design of the main level provided for enough seating such that our extended family of 18 could gather for dinner. Everything in the home is of high quality, and the home is intelligently furnished with both comfort, durability, and easy cleaning in mind. The upper level, a loft, provided sleeping for five, and another full bathroom – however those in the loft were subjected to all noise made by the rest of us. In addition to the quality of the home itself, the storage shed contained seven bikes which we very much appreciated. The house also came with 12 beach badges! The thoughtful owners – Richard and Linda – called early in our stay to assure that everything met our expectations and were very responsive throughout the booking process. As someone who has rented properties in Stone Harbor for 20 years I can say that nothing beats a beachfront house, especially one that is also located close to town. This is the second year we have rented this property with my extended family. The house has everything you could ask for, and Richard and Linda are such great owners. They make sure you’ve got everything you need, and even sent us local information so we knew what was happening in town before we got there. We spent plenty of time lounging on the deck, looking at the ocean – even took in some sunrises and sunsets! Being in Stone Harbor is like coming home again, having spent vacations down the shore all my life, and this house feels like a home away from home. Our family has created wonderful memories at “our beach house” and I hope we can create more in the future! Thanks Richard and Linda for sharing your lovely beach property. We absolutely LOVE being there!

As a return renter of this vacation property, I have to say that it doesn’t get much better then this. Our family has been vacationing in Stone Harbor for 40+ years and we have never enjoyed our time as much as we have when staying at this house. The accommodations include everything that you would possibly expect from an upscale rental property. The location is second to none — walking distance to the town and right on the beach, making sitting out on the second floor deck a must in the morning and evening. The overall rental experience is topped off by an outstanding personal touch with the owners who are always available to answer any questions before,m during, and after your vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to host a large family vacation in Stone Harbor.

What a spectacular place!!

Over the years of coming to the beach, we have accumulated many beach items, many many beach items (!) including chairs, umbrellas, shelters, carts, linens, cozies, etc…. Usually takes a couple hours of packing to get everything into the car. NOT NECESSARY HERE!!

The house is really beautiful and we are honored that you have allowed us to have use of it this year. It is going to be a  great week!!

My family absolutely enjoyed our first stay at Richard and Linda Adam’s beach house in Stone Harbor. We have been vacationing in Stone Harbor for 20 years, but never stayed directly on the beach. They provided everything we needed . . . 12 beach passes, beach chairs, 7 bicycles, crab cages, sheets, towels, etc., making our packing much easier. Our family used the bikes everyday and many of us have not been on a bike for years. Not only does the house have a 180 degree view of the beach and ocean, its rear view has a view of the western skies for the evening sunset. The large deck in the front was complimented by a large deck in the side/rear of the house with a dining table/chairs and lounge chairs. My daughter and her husband stayed in the loft bedroom and enjoyed the view of the ocean/beach each morning. The Adam’s called to make sure everything was O.K. upon our arrival and told us if anything was needed to make our stay more comfortable to please let them know. We enjoyed the house so much that we have already committed to book the same week next year . . . and hopefully many years after that.

My family & I stayed in this Stoneharbor beachfront condo in June, 2014. This condo totally exceeded my expectations! The home is beautiful in every way…it is clean & well kept by the owners, Richard & Linda. The owners cater to your every request & actually call you before you leave & during your stay there to make sure everythings OK! Loved it so much that I’m planning to go back next summer of 2015!

I have rented this property in Stone Harbor for many years and find it the perfect home away from home at the beach. The location is excellent, sitting right on the beach and a few short blocks from town. The house lacks absolutely nothing as far as amenities and is always clean and well maintained. A fully stocked kitchen, many TV’s and enough space to relax in very comfortable surroundings. The view of the ocean is also spectacular. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for the best house to rent in Stone Harbor, New Jersey.

Our family has been coming to 10 92nd Street for many years. I have to say we absolutely love coming here, it’s been like our second home. From the minute you walk into the home, which is always in pristine condition, you feel right at home. It is so spacious and can easily accommodate 12 people comfortably.  There is several amenities at your fingertips. First of all being beach front is such a luxury, but then being blocks from great restaurants and shopping is the icing on the cake. I’ve never been to a beach home that provides linens, beach and bath towels which saves so much space when packing. The owners are both hospitable and gracious. We will continue to make our yearly trip to Stone Harbor all thanks to our second to none vacation spot!!!!

This is a beautiful home with spectacular views and great accommodations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation with our family. Everything you need is already provided, sheets, towels, cooking supplies. Only 4 blocks to shopping in town, basketball courts and tennis courts, and a short drive to Wildwood’s boardwalk! Can not overstate the value of being able to step out the doors and onto the beach! Gorgeous place, we’ll be back!
